No. For standard bathroom renovation work, the quote is free and comes with no obligation. We assess the job — in person for full remodels, via photos and a call for repairs and smaller updates — and come back with a fixed price before any work begins.
The price we quote is the price you pay. If we encounter something unexpected mid-job — a hidden leak, failed waterproofing behind the wall — we stop, explain the situation, give you revised options, and wait for your decision before touching anything. You're never handed a larger invoice at the end without prior agreement.
Labor, materials, demo, disposal, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, plumbing connections, and final clean. The quote breaks out each line item so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Permit fees, if required, are listed separately.
A standard full remodel runs 1–3 weeks depending on scope. Repairs and partial renovations are typically 1–3 days. We'll give you a specific timeline in the quote — and we hold to it. If something causes a delay, you hear from us before it affects your schedule.
Not necessarily. Many clients give us a key or access code and check in at the end of each day. We send a photo update at the end of every working day so you can see progress without being on site. For the final walk-through, we do ask that you're present.
We walk through the finished job with you before the site is handed over. If something isn't right, we fix it before we leave — or schedule a return if materials are involved. Nothing is marked complete until you've signed off. After handover, workmanship issues are covered for 12 months.
